I bought some sock yarn on ebay from The Natural Dye Studio. I'm really pleased because I've wanted some solid colour yarn for ages for a pattern in the Interweave Favorite Socks book & this is perfect.
However I do need some smaller needles because my smallest ones are 2.75mm. It seems John Lewis don't have the smaller sizes in stock - in fact there didn't seem to be a space for them in the rack so I'll have to go somewhere else.
My cushion cover is coming along really well - I've nearly finished & it looks lovely, but Ziggy, my cardigan is not such a happy story... I may rethink the design (!) but I'll knit the first 50 odd rows and see how it looks first. It's the dammed round yoke that I'm struggling with AND do I like it or just think I like it???
