I've started a project for KIP - a cushion cover. I bought some organic wool about 2 years ago (!) and am delighted I've thought of something pretty to do with it.
The wool is:
Garthenor Organic Pure Wool 100% Llanwenog 200g Chunky which is, as you might guess, from a farm in Wales. The URL is http://organicwoollies.co.uk/ - it's a great website where they have pictures of all the sheep breeds.
I'm knitting the cushion in a aran honeycomb stich. It's about 16" across.
