RIP Ziggy

Dear Ziggy, I'm afraid it's all over between us - I think we both knew the end was coming. At first we had some good times, but gradully, over time, the bad times became more frequent until it became obvious it just wasn't working. Still, life is long and you never know, maybe one day we'll meet again and things will be different. By the way, I hope you won't be too upset to learn I've got someone else who reminds me of you in so many ways...

So I RIPped Ziggy and have now started a new cardigan (the yoke is going to be modelled on one I saw in the TV program 'Without a Trace'. I've seen a few nice items of knitware on that program actually!). I worked out I could cast on 100 st and I'm knitting it top down with no neck shaping. It will have a bit of lace knitting in the yoke, then probably go all Ziggy as I get down to the divide for sleeves and body.

I finished my cashion - I'm very pleased with it. For future reference it was 8 repeats of the honeycome pattern (8st per repeat) - this pattern is great as it's the same number of stiches across as up to get a square. The cushion was 35cmx35cm from John Lewis.
