Apparently there was a 'body on the line' at Oval. The hassle of being in such a large crowd and the inconvienience make it very difficult to feel sympathy for the 'body' because it seems so abstract.
I ended up getting a bus to Brixton. Recently there seems to be more and more people traveling up the Northern Line. I never get a seat which makes my back ache and by the time I get to work I am already exhausted.
So I'm thinking about moving away. I used to live in Edinburgh and now I want to return. I was there last week and remembered the reasons why I love it:

I have only lived in London for stints of several weeks to several months at a time, but I swear every time the Tube stoppages make me want to disembowel myself.
