My Ipod has broken. It sounds so trivial but when you have to go on the underground for 2 hrs a every day at rush hour it seems like a necessity. I'll have to pull myself together! Lots of people don't have ipods and don't go postal on the tube. In fact, I've found if you listen to anything punky on the tube it is NOT relaxing; in fact, I've found it can make you (I'm embarrassed to say) downright agressive! but that's all the other people's fault not mine, I think...

Knitting - my hands ache after my mammoth cardigan finishing. But I did go to John Lwis and get some buttons. AND I found a beautiful button shop on Marybone Lane. They sell vintage buttons - unfortunately I walked past it at night but it looked fab from the window. The buttons I actually bought are square in black bark - very nice. I had some nice oval ones but I lost them. How stupid is that! Very stupid indeed.
